Ms. Terry Wafula
Terry is a results-orientated Senior Management and Leadership Professional with over twenty years of professional experience in the ICT Industry.
She has held various leadership and management positions within leading organizations in the ICT sector. She has largely been responsible for providing oversight leadership and strategic direction through innovative cloud solutions development; planning and implementation targeted toward existing and new markets; business development and sales; strategic relationships and partnerships; financial analysis and reporting; operational excellence and people management.
She has notable experience and expertise in Africa having worked in East Africa. The positions she has held have engaged both the private and public sectors of the countries she has worked in.
Terry holds an
Executive Master of Business Administration (Columbia Business School, USA), an undergraduate degree in International Business Administration (USIU- A) and a Higher Diploma in Management of Information Systems (MIS UK).
She is currently a board member of Hilltop Preparatory School-Kitale and serves as a committee member at the USIU –A Alumnus Association and State House Girls’ High School Mentorship Program.
She brings to Terden strong business acumen, excellent leadership, decisive mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking. She is a creative solution-oriented individual who encourages the team to think outside the box to derive solutions to difficult business challenges.
Mr. Dennis Rimita
Dennis is a career banker with over twenty years of experience. He is an expert in Trade Finance, Structured Trade Finance and Commodity Finance.
In these industries, he has dealt with various commodities including oil and gas transactions. Dennis has worked regionally and is well-versed in the business and legal frameworks of the East and Central African market.
His strengths include the set-up of financial businesses, projects and turnkey contracts and legal review of contracts given his legal training background. He is also passionate about African business start-ups, financing of agri-business and renewable energy projects.
He is a thorough work-centric individual and finds pleasure in the recommendations of the customers he has dealt with to successfully put their business on the path of success.
He brings to Terden the technical aspects of business and management consultancy, with a keen interest to understand the clients’ business and work towards charting a new strategic route.
Mr. Patrick Ngure
Patrick has over twenty-five years of experience in banking and finance in the East and Central Africa region, a specialist in Corporate and Structured Finance.
He has worked with financial transaction structuring across all sectors including Health, Manufacturing, Agribusiness, ICT and Fintech, Construction, public sector financing, Energy among others. Besides,he is well versed with the business and legal frameworks of the East and Central African market.
His strengths include business analysis and structuring, project finance and structured trade, Energy financing and business transactions, Securitization, Loan portfolio management and monitoring, and residual debt management.
